PURPOSE: To form hanging piece and make it convenient to exhibit and sell bags by conducting parallel transfer of plural bags after fabricated, polymerizing and sealing sheet for hanging along upper portion of each bag, punching out hanging portion and cutting the hanging sheet in response to each bag. CONSTITUTION: In the course of transfer processes of bag and hanging sheet, bag 1 and hanging sheet 2 are polymerized so as to partially overlap with each other. The bag 1 and hanging sheet 2 transfered in the polymerized state are pinched by sealing rollers 8 and 8 arranged up and down in response to separation S, and continuous sealing portion 9 is formed. In consequence, hanging holes 11 are formed by punching at portions corresponding to each bag 1 on the hanging sheet 2 with melt cutter 10. Then the hanging sheet 2 is cut in response to each bag 1 along both side edges with melt cutter 15, hanging piece 13 is formed at upper portion of each bag 1 and scrap material 12 is thrown away.
