PURPOSE:To eliminate troubles in respect of ball releasing by opening and maintaining a switching valve member to the ball releasing passage in a single releasing operation, and making it possible to return the switching valve member to the original closed position automatically after a specific time passes. CONSTITUTION:By operating once an operation member 45 to the opening direction by a player himself from the position outside a ball saucer 5, a switching valve member 35 is moved to the opening direction depending on the shifting of a shifting member 37, maintained at the opening position to a ball releasing passage 31 by utilizing an enforcement member 42, and the balls in the saucer are made to release from the ball release passage 31. And, depending on the detection signal of a detecting device 50 operated when the valve is shifted to said opened condition, an electromotive restoration device 52 is operated after a specific time passes, the switching valve member 35 is returned to the original closed position automatically with the movable member of the device 52 to close the ball releasing passage 31 again, setting to the ordinary ball delivery condition. As a result, troubles in respect of the ball releasing can be eliminated, and the time necessary for the restoration operation after the balls are released can be omitted.
