PURPOSE:To prevent abrasion and seizure and to reduce the cost by providing a grease keeper comprising a tumbler-like oil controller and a flange for supporting one end of a needle roller, which is integral with an opening portion of the oil controller. CONSTITUTION:An oil feed hole 2 is disposed on a T shaft 1 of a universal joint, and an oil sump 4 connected to the oil feed hole 2 is formed in the interior of a shaft 3 of a cruciform shaft 1. A tumbler-like oil controller 5 is disposed in the oil sump, and a flange 6 is provided on an opening portion of the oil controller. thus, a grease keeper 7 is formed by the oil controller 5 and the flange 6. A bearing cap 9 is fixed to each shaft 3 of the cruciform shaft 1 through a needle roller 8, so that the flange 6 of the grease keeper 7 is clamped between the shaft end of the shaft 3 of the cruciform shaft 1 and the base of the bearing cap 9.
