PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition easily formable to an arbitrary form and having reproducible improved physical properties by stirring KONJAK mannan (mannan of devil's tongue) together with subsidiary raw materials in water, adding a coagulant to form a hydrated gel and using the get as it is or together with other food materials. The meat paste is rounded in elliptic form and each face of the formed meat is heated on an iron plate over a slow fire to obtain the objective dietary food composition and food prepared therefrom, easily formable to an arbitrary form and having reproducible improved physical properties.
