PURPOSE: To ensure a fixation of the note and cover after attachment by securing another cover to a wire binder type note. ;CONSTITUTION: On a rod-like member 2 having a surface being composed of a curved surface with curvature similar to the curvature of ring portion 7 of a ring-shaped binder 6 in a wire binder type note 5, a plurality of arcuate engaging portions are provided, each adapted to come into contact with the sides of the ring portions over the direction of width of the surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
