摘要

PURPOSE:To optically read data and to provide suitable data against falsification of data by arranging an optically writable/readable rewritable recording part and an electrically writable/readable semiconductor recording part on an upper surface of a base. CONSTITUTION:An information recording medium 1 is formed by arranging an optically writable/readable rewritable recording part 12 and an electrically writable/readable semiconductor recording part 13 on an upper surface of a base 2. The part 12 is formed by sequentially laminating an anchor layer 6, a reversible heat-sensitive recording layer 5 and a protective layer 7 on the upper surface of the base 2. On the other hand, the part 13 is formed by electrically connecting a microprocessor and a memory to a recess formed partly on the base 2 and engaging with an IC module having an external connection terminal 9. Rewritable data such as an amount, etc., and a certified code X are recorded on the part 12. Further, an intrinsic ID code 3 is recorded on the part 13.
