MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RARE EATH MAGNET

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable a magnet particle molded body longer than conventional one to be molded even if the mold in the same length is used by modifying the molding method when a rare earth magnet is to be manufactured by particle metallurgical process. CONSTITUTION:The manufacturing method of rare earth magnet of rare earth magnet is composed of the two steps enumerated as follows; a first step for feeding magnetic particles to a molding die assuming the period from impressing the magnetic particles with a magnetic field to the compression time while arranging the magnetizing directions as one cycle step and a second step for molding the magnetic particles in the space of the die formed by the compression step by additionally performing at least one more cycle step.
