PURPOSE: To make it possible to talk to many persons usefully in a short time and at low cost without interference with others. ;CONSTITUTION: A cabinet is provided with a panel 12 enclosing the space where a person can sit and opening an entrance 13 from which he can enter into the space, a rotary chair 14, a door 15 opening the entrance 13 by interlocking with the rotation of the rotary chair 14, a TV monitor 16 which the sitting person in the panel 12 can watch, a speaker, a TV camera 17 monitoring the person in the panel 12, and a microphone catching the sound within the panel, arranged in the space surrounded by the panel 12. A plurality of such personal interview devices 11 are prepared and the image of TV camera 17 of one of arbitrary two interview devices is displayed on the other TV monitor 16 and further, the sound caught by the microphone of one of the devices is output to the speaker in the other device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
