PURPOSE: To enable cleaning an auxiliary bath tub which is likely to be dirty and a circulation return pipe which leads from the auxiliary bath tub to a hot water supplier. ;CONSTITUTION: A hot water supplier 4 is switched to a hot water pouring operation to pour hot water into a mini-sized tank 3 through a circulation return pipe 8. At this time, a drain port E2 at a lower part of the mini-sized tank 3 is kept to be open. Next the drain port E2 at the lower par of the mini- sized tank 3 is closed and hot water is supplied to the mini-sized tank 3 through the circulation return pipe 8. At this time, the drain port E1 on a bath tub 2 side is kept to be open. The hot water, passing through a filter member F from its lower surface side, flows into the bath tub 2. By this, the internal wall of the mini-sized tank 3 is cleaned and the filter member F is backwashed.
