METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR OBTAINING FORCIBLE PRESSURE OF FEED WATER PUMP OF COMPOSITE GENERATOR PLANT

PURPOSE: To avoid a decrease in forcible pressure of a feed water pump by controlling an opening of a flow control valve for suppressing an abrupt increase in a feed water flow rate. ;CONSTITUTION: A change rate limiter 78 is provided at a downstream of an adder 73 in a flow regulating meter 53 to suppress a change rate of an opening command to be applied to a flow control valve 51 to a range of an arbitrarily set value to a setter 77. The command suppressed at the change rate is applied to the valve 51 through a converter 52. The value set to the setter 77 may be a constant value or a variable value by other signal such as a feed water flow rate. The change rate limit value set to the setter 77 may be limited in both opening and closing direction of the command or limited only in the opening direction.
