PURPOSE: To lighten a structure by manufacturing a structure of a transport machinery or the like with fiber reinforced resin pipe bodies and assembling it with cross-type joint members. ;CONSTITUTION: On pipe boy has a jointing surface with nearly equal curvature to that of the outer surface of the pipe body for the other corresponding jointed pipe body and is disposed to be integrated with the jointed pipe body as arrangement to provide a cross-type joint member 3 having one pipe body provided with a through hole. Thus, one pipe body can be jointed with the other pipe body crosswise at a arbitrary position with light weight and low cost without causing the reduction of the rigidity and atrength of the pipe body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
