PURPOSE: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a gas turbine blade and provide a method for setting the shape of the gas turbine blade by which testing works can be simplified and a blade used for the aerodynamic performance tests of gas turbines by making the platform of the blade for tests easily changeable at the time of conducting performance tests on gas turbines. ;CONSTITUTION: The title method is used for setting the shape of a gas turbine blade by which the shape of a platform can be changed temporarily at the time of performing aerodynamic performance tests on a gas turbine. For this method, a blade main body 11 which has the same wing shape as gas turbine blades have is used and a thin platform base 11b on the base end side of the wing is used.
