PURPOSE: To lay a heavy high-voltage transmission cable in an underpass cavern, etc., without impairing the cable, with a simple device by a simple method. ;CONSTITUTION: Another set of bearings 3 are provided in the center of two parallel rollers 1. Using universally adjusting type roller devices having fulcrums at the bearings 3 of the two parallel rollers 1, to standing metallic materials already-constructed in an underpass cavern using fitting metallic parts, fitted to all the standing metallic materials in a section to be laid, universally balancing type roller devices are linked together with coupling rods having turn buckles, and a transmission cable is fitted to sites about 20cm higher than a shelf or box for laying and holding the transmission cable. And a nylon rope from a winch is laid on the two parallel rollers 1 of the universally balancing type roller device, and connected with the transmission cable at a starting point of drawing the transmission cable in. When the winch is operated, a high-voltage transmission cable weighing 24 tons, and having a diameter of 170mm and a length of 800m is drawn in to just above the laying and holding shelf, without being caught in the middle by only the traction force of the winch.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
