ANTI-PATHOGENIC TRANSGENIC MICROORGANISM, DNA TRANSFER VECTOR FOR USE IN PRODUCING SAID MICROORGANISM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: To provide an organism excellent in antipathogen property, especially an organism having enhanced resistance as a whole compared to well-known organisms or having increased resistance from the viewpoint of numbers of pathogens. CONSTITUTION: This antipathogenic transgenic organism contains at least two different genes having an inhibiting effect for pathogens by the control of an active promoter in the genome. The organism is identified by the geometric pathogenic inhibition effect. This effect is especially significant when the genes of the organism code chitinase (ChiS, ChiG), glucanase (GluG), protein synthesis inhibitor(PSI) and antifungal protein(AFP) gene product.
