MANUFACTURE OF FLOATING TYPE MAGNETIC HEAD AND WORK JIG FOR FLOATING TAPER PART THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method for a floating type magnetic head and a work jig for a floating taper part thereof by which a dimensional accuracy of a length of a floating taper part can be improved when it is worked and manhours can be reduced sharply in work of the floating taper part of the floating type magnetic head. ;CONSTITUTION: A fixing block 2 to which a floating type magnetic head 8 is fixed is inserted on a spring 4, and an angle regulating plate 1 and mutual plane close contact parts 1e and 7d of a reference plate 7 are contacted with each other, and after one surface 7c of a board of the reference plate 7 is contacted with a ridgeline 9 between a floating surface and a vertical surface to this floating surface, the reference plate 7 is taken out in a condition where the fixing block is fixed along an inclined surface 1c by a screw 5, and lapping work is applied to the ridgeline 9, and a floating taper part is formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
