METHOD FOR INTRODUCING PRINTING TROLLEY INTO PRINTING UNIT OF ROTARY GRAVURE PRESS AND PRINTING UNIT

PURPOSE: To provide a new method for eliminating a gap between two adjacent printing units to shorten the overall length of a rotary press and automating an operation to roll a printing trolley in/out as well as a new rotary press. ;CONSTITUTION: Printing trolleys 7, 7' are operated to roll in/out in a linear motion perpendicular with the longitudinal axial line (x) of a rotary press, and a hole 6 which enables the printing trolleys 7, 7' to roll in/out is formed on at least one of the sides which constitute the frames 4, 5 of printing units 1, 2, 3. The operation to roll the printing trolleys 7, 7' in/out can be carried out in a linear motion as shown by an arrow (f).
