PURPOSE: To obtain a new compound useful for a cured film forming agent and excellent in water repellency, oil repellency and antifoauling property. ;CONSTITUTION: The subject compound is expressed by the formula I (a is 0 or 1; b is 1 or 2; c is 0-2; p is 1-12; R¹ and R² are 1-4C univalent hydrocarbon; R³ is 3-4C univalent hydrocarbon; R⁴ is C_pF_2p+1CH₂CH₂ or univalent hydrocarbon having 1-18C, etc.), e.g. the compound of the formula II.
