CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR HORIZONTALLY CUTTING AND DEMOLISHING UNDERWATER COLUMNAR REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: To horizontally cut an underwater columnar reinforced concrete structure for demolition with the reinforcement inside thereof safely at a remarkably high cutting speed with the excellent workability without exerting the adverse effect such as vibration and noise on the external environment regardless of the cutting cross sectional area and a depth of the cutting position. ;CONSTITUTION: A cutting cable 17, which is obtained by giving the cutting ability to a wire rope, is wrapped around of an underwater part of an underwater columnar reinforced concrete structure 1, and made to cut into the underwater reinforced concrete structure 1 by a cable driving device 10 provided on the ground through a vertical and horizontal guide pulley base 2 provided with a horizontal pair of guide pulleys 3, 3 provided in the underwater columnar reinforced concrete structure and a vertical pair of guide pulleys 4, 4 adjacent to the pulleys 3, 3. Wedge-like spacers are placed in order into cutting spaces generated with the cutting, and the cutting cable 17 is made to travel under the condition that the traveling speed and the tension thereof are controlled.
