PURPOSE: To provide a submersible pump and a wire shaft pump having the capability of feeding and discharging water and liquid in a drive zone to and from a float as a weight for performing submerging, floating and travel motion. ;CONSTITUTION: The rotation of a wire shaft 8 is actuated with a telescopic rotating shaft 10 via a worm gear 9. Also, a water delivery port 12 is provided at the lower section of the water discharge port 14 of a wire shaft pump 1 so made. In this case, a pump propulsion jet port 13 corresponds to the port 14 in the case of a lightweight and small device used, for example, in a bathroom at home.
