A water absorption speed in a JIS-L-1096 A method (dropping method) is determined to be not more than 100sec, or a water absorption height in a B method (pyrex method) is determined to be not less than 20mm. This sheet can be obtained by treating the water-permeable laminated sheet with a plasma. Functional groups containing oxygen and nitrogen are produced on the surfaces of fibers.
