CONCRETE FORM LINING MATERIAL, CONCRETE FORM, AND PRODUCTION OF SECONDARY CONCRETE PRODUCT

PURPOSE: To obtain a concrete secondary product having little pitting marks in a short time by a method wherein a form lining material is made of a water-permeable laminated sheet consisting of a filter layer and a water-permeable layer, and a water absorption speed or height specified by JIS is determined to a specific value. ;CONSTITUTION: A lining material for removing excessive water from a ready-mixed concrete is made of a water-permeable laminated sheet consisting of a filter layer of a high-density fabric and a water-permeable layer of a nonwoven fabric. A water absorption speed in a JIS-L-1096 A method (dropping method) is determined to be not more than 100sec, or a water absorption height in a B method (pyrex method) is determined to be not less than 20mm. This sheet can be obtained by treating the water-permeable laminated sheet with a plasma. Functional groups containing oxygen and nitrogen are produced on the surfaces of fibers. When the surface density of the functional group found by an electron spectroscopy by X-ray irradiation is converted to atom number ratios shown by O₁S/C₁S, N₁S/C₁S, it is preferable that one of the atom number ratios is 0.02 or more higher than an atom number ratio of untreated fibers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
