SPOT BURNING DEVICE FOR BENDING OF STRUCTURAL FRAME AND MULTI-SPOT BURNING AND BENDING METHOD

PURPOSE: To reduce labor and time for the spot burning and bending of structural frames such as lounge members and assembling beams. ;CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a turntable 2 set on the base 1 which is freely movable and inclinable on the side, a post 4 which is axially supported by the turntable and movable in parallel, a vertical lever 5 which is vertically and movably engaged with the post 4, a plural number of horizontal lever 6 which is engaged movably with the vertical lever, a plural number of burner 7 and igniter 8 which are movably engaged with the horizontal lever, and a control panel 9 for operating the burners 7 and the turntable 2. Then, the plural burners 7 are arranged in plural places for spot burning while the burners are moved along the lounge member 11; the burners are simultaneously ignited with the igniter 8; the spot burning and heating are simultaneously performed at these places; and the method for multi-spot burning and bending is performed. Consequently, since many spot burning places are simultaneously heated, the working hours are greatly shortened, the workers' labor is reduced and the cost reduction is effectively attained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
