PURPOSE: To load vacant segment with high speed and assuredly for exchanging the segment during rotation of a lower mold. ;CONSTITUTION: At loading a segment T, a parallel link 57 is simultaneously rocked by driving force from first and second cam faces 53a and 54a and a sliding stage 56 is moved. A support body 58 supporting the segment T is moved in a synthetic direction of up-and-down and radius directions. As a result, the support body 58 moves along a specific locus Q so as to load the vacant segment T.
