PURPOSE:To provide a reactive diluent used for a radiation-curable polymerizable prepolymer for ultraviolet-cured resins and electron radiation- cured ones, with extremely high safety, comprising acryloyl morpholine and its derivative. CONSTITUTION:The objective reactive diluent used for a radiation-curable photopolymerizable prepolymer (e.g. polyester acrylate, polyether acrylate, polyol acrylate) for ultraviolet-cured resins and electron radiation-cured ones, comprising acryloyl morpholine and methacryloyl morpholine of formula (R1 is H or CH3). EFFECT:High in dilutive ability and dissolvability along with low volatility and odoriferousness with high curing activity. The compound of the formula is =0.50 in the skin irritation index P.I. value, thus being of extremely low irritability and high safety.
