METHOD FOR PREVENTING WELDED DEFORMATION OF T-TYPE JOINT PANEL

PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a welded structure free from deformation by reviously preheating the rear side of a welded part of a metallic plate, then, welding a longitudinal frame and expanding the periphery of the welded part when a continuous fillet arc welding to a vertical aggregate is performed on the surface of the metallic plate. ;CONSTITUTION: When the longitudinal frame 4 of Al or other metallic plate is MIG-welded to the surface of an outside plate material 3 of the same kind of metal to manufacture a T-type welded joint panel, after the rear of the outside plate material 3 of a part welding the vertical aggregate 4 to the outside plate material 3 in advance is preheated by high energy beam from a TIG welding machine, etc., the longitudinal frame 4 is welded by a MIG welding machine, etc., by welding beads. Further, immediately after welding is completed, the parts between the top of the frame 4 and the outside plate material 3 are rolled down, etc., and the periphery of the welded part is expanded to manufacture a high quality T-type weld joint panel free from buckling deformation H1 and angular deformation H2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
