PURPOSE: To reduce labor and cause no smoking pollution by early decomposing straws after cutting of rice plants and using the decomposition product as an effective organic fertilizer. ;CONSTITUTION: A device for cutting and simultaneously spraying fine powder enzyme microorganism is placed on a rice plant cutting combine harvester, attaches an enzyme microorganism to cut of rice plants simultaneously with reaping operation or the enzyme microorganism is efficiently and uniformly bonded to the whole straw by passing the straw through a dust of the enzyme microorganism.
