METHOD FOR FORMING STOCK THROUGH HISTORY DATA BASE FOR IRON AND STEEL PRODUCT

PURPOSE:To keep production history from the generation of goods in stock up to their disappearance by storing the result of the past as stock management data bases and forming stock through history from the generation of all goods in stock up to their disappearance within a required period based upon the stock management data bases and keys set up in respective processes. CONSTITUTION:Plural stock management data bases of respective process codes are formed (S102) based upon the operation results of respective processes from the tapping up to the completion of a product, key files set up in accordance with respective processes are formed (S103), stock through history from the generation of all goods in stock up to their disappearance in a required period is formed (S104) based upon the file keys and the stock management data bases, and lists for inspecting the causes of production faults in respective processes and between the processes are formed (S106, S107) based upon stock through data bases (S105) formed based upon the stock through history.
