PURPOSE: To improve wearing resistance, solvent resistance, and antistatic properties by mixing a polymerizable compound having (meth)acryloyloxy groups with a compound having an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated bond and a specific copolymer. ;CONSTITUTION: 30-99.5 pts.wt. polymerizable compound having at least two (meth)acryloyloxy groups per molecule is mixed with 0-69.5 pts.wt. compound having one α,β-ethylenically unsaturated bond per molecule and 0.5-40 pts.wt. copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 20-99wt.% compound having a quaternary ammonium salt group and represented by formula I (wherein R1 is H or methyl; R2 to R4 each is H or a 1-9C alkyl which may have a substituent; (m) is 1-10; and X- is an anion) with 80-1wt.% compound having one copolymerizable double bond and represented by formula II (wherein R5 is H or methyl; R6 is H, a 1-18C alkyl, an aryl, or an aralkyl; A is a 2-4C alkylene; and, (n) is 0-50).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
