摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a phosphate-based inorg. insulating material thermally hardenable even at a low temp. of 150-300°C and giving a molded body excellent in denseness and to produce a molded body of the inorg. insulating material. ;CONSTITUTION: This phosphate-based inorg. insulating material contains 80-95wt.% aluminum phosphate having 0.5-1.0 atomic ratio of Al to P and 5-20wt.% at least one oxide selected from a group consisting of oxide of an alkaline earth metal, oxycarbide of an alkaline earth metal and oxide of a Zn group metal. When a molded body of this phosphate-based inorg. insulating material is produced, a slurry of this material is formed, heated to 150-300°C and molded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
