NATURAL WOOD FANCY VENEER SHEET HAVING DECORATIVE PATTERN, PRODUCTION THEREOF AND FANCY VENEER SHEET/ PLATE GLASS PRODUCT

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of trouble such as undulation or jerky cutting by using an adhesive having a property not flowing even when the adhesive is heated to a specific temp. range after solidification and employing a fiber sheet having relatively high specific dry tensile strength as a backing material. ;CONSTITUTION: A natural wood fancy veneer sheet 1 is produced by laminating a thin veneer sheet 2 to a fibrous sheet 4 having dry tensile strength of 2kg/5cm width or more through a polyurethane resin adhesive 3 to bond the same to the sheet 4 under pressure. The thin veneer sheet 2 is cut into two parts and consists of the veneer sheet pieces 5a, 5b of a different kind respectively fitted in two parts. Each of the veneer sheet pieces 5a, 5b is obtained by laminating and bonding veneer 6 composed of natural wood to a fibrous sheet 8 having dry tensile strength of 1.5kg/5cm width or more under pressure through an amino crosslinking type synthetic rubber latex type thermosetting resin adhesive 7.
