PURPOSE:To improve strength/rigidity at target connecting time by forming each capture pawl for catching a target made of metal, and performing opening/ closing action in almost axial right angle plane. CONSTITUTION:A point end ring 3 having an engaging groove 2 is fixed to a point end part of a housing 1, and screw levers 4, sychronously driven, connected to be associated with an actuator provided in the base end part, are separated equally in a peripheral direction, in the internal peripheral part, also extended in an axial direction of the housing 1 and mounted through a bearing 4. A moving base 6 fitted to the housing 1 is fitted to each screw lever 14 through nut members 7, and the moving base 6 is moved in the housing by synchronously operating each screw lever 4. Base parts of a main arm 20 and a subarm 21 are pivotally mounted on an arm base 14 by a pin, and also separating the point end part in an axial direction of the housing 1 to pivotally mount a fork-shaped mounting part 25 of a capture pawl 24 by a pin. The capture pawl 24 is made of metal in circular arc shape, and both end parts with the mounting part serving as the center are provided by displacing a position in the axial direction of the housing 1.
