PURPOSE: To make improvements in the safety secureness of operation and work efficiency by getting rid of an operator's dangerous high lift work in the erection of precastprestressed concrete poles, while reducing manhours for crane work. ;CONSTITUTION: A round nut 13 being screwed in a vertical hole 12, where a Ps steel rod 5 is inserted, and an external thread 5a of this Ps steel rod 5 is housed in a nut storage part 14, and two plane-view circular ball grooves 18, 19, where two balls are entered half by half, are formed in each of up and down planea and circumferential vertical surfaces with the nut storage part 14 and the round nut 3.
