MUD WATER BACK-FILLING METHOD IN MUD WATER SHIELD WORK

PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform a mud water shield method with safety, and what is more, to enhance the durability of a structure after the execution of work by back-filling mud water drain from an excavation cutting face from an exhaust treatment processing site. ;CONSTITUTION: A passage 6 for mud water 3' from an excavator 2 at a cutting face is connected to a joint 56 for an intake 6 of a plant body between an earth and sand dewatering trough 7 and a wet cyclone 12. The mud water 3' drained from the cutting face is taken out, thereby shortening a treatment process. In this case, the mud water 3' is selectively taken out from the joint sites 56" for a take-out opening in these processes and used for the back-filling of a primary lining segment. This construction makes it possible to take out the mud water 3' drained from the cutting face at the optimum weight, water content ratio and particle size distribution required for the back-filling and dispose of the rest under non-public hazard conditions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
