ANCHOR FITTING METHOD AND FITTING DEVICE IN SHEET APPLIED DRAINAGE METHOD

PURPOSE: To automate operation so as to reduce the number of workers by providing a winding device for cutting and reversing drainage material and an inserting device for inserting an anchor into the reversing part of the drainage material through a slit, in such a way as to be freely advancing/receding state in an elevating frame. ;CONSTITUTION: After driving a plastic sheet S into the ground by a mandrel B, the mandrel B is pulled out to spread the sheet S. A winding box 10 is then advanced to position the sheet S among a fixing roller 11, a winding roller 13 and a fulcrum roller 12. An insertion box 20 is advanced, and an anchor D is brought close to the sheet C. A link is advanced, and a cutter 15 is closed to cut the sheet S. An arm 14 is then rotated, and the winding roller 13 is turned to reverse an end part S1. The mandrel B is lowered to insert the end part S1 into the mandrel B. The winding box 10 is retreated, and the anchor D is advanced to insert a slit D1 into a reversing part S2. The anchor D is then moved up and brought into contact with the lower face of the mandrel B, and set and fitted so as to be automated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
