APPARATUS FOR PLANNING DISTRIBUTION OF LOOMS AND METHOD FOR LEVELING NUMBER OF FINISHED LOOMS

PURPOSE: To automatically produce a production plan to uniformize the number of finished looms by counting the number of finished looms in a prescribed period based on the primarily prepared loom distribution plan and changing the yarn winding length of a beam when the finished loom number is expected to exceed a prescribed number. ;CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer of a distribution planning apparatus is inputted with woven fabric designing conditions such as the kind of used yarn, density, specifications, crimp percentage and beam yarn length and loom-relating information such as production year, type, standard rotational speed and kind of shedding mechanism. The data are processed according to a prescribed system program and the loom distribution plan, warping plan, number of finished looms and the date and hour of finish are displayed. At the same time, the operation state of the loom is surveyed to estimate the finishing hour and count the estimated number of finished looms in a prescribed period. When the counted result is judged to exceed a prescribed finished loom number, the beam winding yarn length is changed to shift the finishing hour out of the above prescribed period and the loom distribution plan is changed to uniformize the number of finished looms.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
