PURPOSE: To start a processing program to change the position constitution in accordance with the state of the external information by deciding this state in real time at a communication server work station. ;CONSTITUTION: The threshold value 324 is set at an external information threshold value setting part 323 in regard of the time series data on the money rates, the money orders, etc. These time series data are acquired in real time through an external information supply part. A communication server work station 301 fetches the value 324 and the external information real rime data 306, decides the state of the external information by a due rule, and selects a processing program for the change of the position constitution in response to the state of the external information. The results of these operations of the station 301 are delivered to the outside. Then the program and the data base are reserved for each work station based on the deciding result of the station 301 and the processing program is carried out.
