PURPOSE: To curtail an invalid load to a terminal equipment and a communication network containing the terminal equipment by reporting a waiting time until a call can be set, in the case setting is unsuccessful in a terminal equipment of an outgoing side. ;CONSTITUTION: An incoming terminal equipment 22 of an incoming side is constituted of a waiting time calculating means 34, a waiting time informing means 35, a reservation receiving means 37, a reservation call setting means 39, and a reservation managing means 42. In such a state, the waiting time calculating means 34 calculates a waiting time until a call can be set in the case the own terminal equipment 22 cannot set a call. Further, the waiting time informing means 35 informs a terminal equipment 21 on an outgoing side of the waiting time calculated by the waiting time calculating means 34 in the case a call cannot be set with regard to an incoming at the time of incoming from the outgoing terminal equipment 21, and also, a notice request of the waiting time until a call be set is received from the terminal device 21 on the outgoing side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
