PURPOSE: To precisely control dipper excavation based upon an actual operating condition with a simple and cheap structure. ;CONSTITUTION: A dipper handle projecting instruction computing part 24 computes a dipper handle projecting instruction signal Sd from a deviation between a moment upper limit value Mr set by a moment limit value setting part 23 and a working moment Ma computed by a working moment computing part 22, and causes a dipper handle drive motor output control device 30 to control the slide drive of a dipper handle. A wind-up operation instruction computing part 27 compensates a wind-up operation instruction Sa set by a wind-up operation reference instruction setting part 25, with a wind-up operation instruction compensating value ΔSh computed from the moment upper limit value Mr and the working moment Ma, and causes a wind-up motor output control device 34 to control the wind-up in accordance with the compensated wind-up operation instruction Sh.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
