PURPOSE: To facilitate the exchange of reflective materials, and the operation on the installed structure by externally mounting a coil member where the respective ends can be removed and shifted to one direction on the slant rod-shaped member which is mounted on the side surface of the installed structure in a rotatable manner with a constant clearance, and stretching a plurality of transverse lines constituting the reflective surface of the radio wave between the respective coils in the horizontal direction. ;CONSTITUTION: The upper end of a slant member 20 is mounted on the upper part of each pillar 11 of an installed structure 10 through brackets 50, 60 in an oscillating manner, and the lower end of the slant member 20 is connected to the lower end of the pillart 11 through the brackets 50, 60 and an extendable support 40. Then, a coil member 21 is externally mounted on the respective slant members 20 so that the coils may be shifted to one direction. The group of transverse lines 30 consisting of the steel wire is stretched between the respective coil members 21 which are externally mounted on the respective members 20 in the horizontal direction in a removable manner. When a part of the transverse lines 30 are damaged, only the damaged lines 30 are removed from the coil members 21, and new transverse lines 30 are replaced. When the upper part of the structure 10 is exposed, the upper end of the respective coil member 21 is opened, and descended together with the group of the transverse lines 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
