PURPOSE: To find a substance that produces human neuronal β-subunit of voltage-operated calcium channel and controls the activity of the voltage- operated channel and provide cDNA that is useful for their characterization. ;CONSTITUTION: The cDNA of human neuronal β-subunit of voltage-operated calcium channel having the sequence of the formula is obtained by isolating the cDNA encoding the human neuronal subunit by using an oligonucleotide derived from the DNA sequence of the β-subunit originating from rabbit skeletal muscle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
