PROLIFERATION OF PLB@(3754/24)PROTOCORM-LIKE BODY) OF PHALENOPSIS

摘要

PURPOSE: To improve the proliferation ratio of PLB to induce a clone seedling of phalenopsis and produce the clone seedlings in a mass. ;CONSTITUTION: A tip slice of PLB is cultured on a fixed medium containing 3g/l of Hyponex, 2g/l of peptone, 20g/l of sucrose and 8g/l of agar and having a pH of 5.1 or cultured under shaking in a liquid medium containing 3g/l of Hyponex, 2g/l of peptone and 20g/l of sucrose and having a pH of 5.1 to effect the formation of new PLB.
