摘要

PURPOSE: To carry out the simulation in which the time for simulating the quasi-equilibrium state is extremely little and inaccuracy thereof is small. ;CONSTITUTION: First, a calculation method for simulating the distribution of density gradient liquid in the quasi-equilibrium state is provided by using the Svedberg method and the Van Holde method. Then the distribution state before starting the centrifugal separation and the calculation method representing the quasi-equilibrium state are divided in a manner of exponential function to obtain the relationship representing the quasi-equilibrium state and the distribution state at the halfway time. The relationship is calculated under various kinds of conditions and the result is displayed on a screen to carry out the simulation in which the calculation time is short and inaccuracy is small.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
