PURPOSE: To simplify a constitution with eliminating core by cyclically and up and down varying a step part peripherally which an inside surface of sleeve is peripherally recessed at upper part more than at lower part. ;CONSTITUTION: A molten metal solidified layer becomes very breakable at the boundary 61 of the step part 6, therefore, a pull-up lowest end of the molten metal solidified layer is restricted to the step difference position. Accordingly, as the molten metal solidified layer reaches molten metal surface, its thickness becomes gradually larger, the step part 6, which cyclically and up and down varies peripherally on the sleeve 2 being in contact with melt solidified layer, is formed, at each peripheral position of the molten metal solidified layer, a time to reach differs to cause difference in the thickness. That is, the pattern of step difference at cross section is reflected on the thickness pattern to forma fin on inner surface at the same time as casting.
