METHOD FOR TRANSFER-PRINTING USING STENCIL PLATE AND STENCIL PLATE TRANSFER PRINTING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide a printing device using stencil plate printing which allows high- quality printing to be performed faithful to the stencil plate regardless of whatever paper quality of a printing sheet to be used. ;CONSTITUTION: An ink feed means 10 is provided in a plate cylinder 2 around which a stencil sheet 4 is wound. A transfer cylinder 15 having a rubber sheet 17 on the periphery is provided below the plate cylinder 2. In addition, a paper cylinder 20 equipped with an engagement means 22 of a printing sheet 21 is provided below a transfer cylinder 15. The plate cylinder 2 and the transfer cylinder 15, synchronized with each other, rotate in an opposite direction to the other, and the ink feed means 10 pushes outward the plate cylinder 2. The sheet 4 comes in contact with the transfer cylinder 15, and a fixed amount of ink is transferred to a rubber sheet 17 faithfully as required by the plate. The tip of a printing sheet 21 is held by an engagement means 22. The paper cylinder 20 ascends and presses itself against the transfer cylinder 15, sandwiching the sheet 21. Both cylinders, synchronized to each other, rotate in an opposite direction to the other, and transport the printing sheet 21, sandwiching it between them. Thus an image is printed on the printing sheet 21 faithfully to the plate using an appropriate amount of ink.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
