PURPOSE: To prevent tensile force from concentrating at one point of a grout material by fitting disks to the buried section of an anchor material imparting prestress at regular intervals while the disks are fixed under the state, in which a specified tension is applied among each disk. ;CONSTITUTION: Disks 61, 62, 63, 64... are fitted to the buried section of an anchor material 3 at regular intervals while the disks are fixed by bearing members 81, 82, 83... under the state, in which a specified tension is applied among each disk, thus forming an anchor bearing structure 4. The structure 4 is inserted into an anchor hole formed to the ground 1, and anchored by a grout material M such as mortar. The tension applied to the anchor material 3 is not concentrated at one point of the grout material M, and distributed to the whole approximately equally.
