CONNECTING STRUCTURE BETWEEN TOWER AND TOWER ELEVATING MECHANISM IN TOWER FACILITY

PURPOSE: To provide a tower facility, capable of improving the workability of the expanding work of a tower equipped with a load lifting mechanism and preventing the expanding and contracting trouble of the tower, which is causes due to the expanding and contracting of the tower under slanted condition. ;CONSTITUTION: A multitude of multi-stage tube type cylinders 38 are arranged with an equal interval around a tower 16 provided with contractable cylindrical members 32, 33. Rods 39, 40 for respective multistage tube type cylinders 38 are connected to the cylindrical members 32, 33 in stages corresponding thereto through connecting unit 42B. The connecting unit 42B is constituted of an upper connecting seat 42b, projected from the cylindrical members 32, 33, a lower connecting seat 42c, projected from the rods 39, 40, and hard balls 42f, interposed between the upper connecting seat 42b and the lower connecting seat 42c.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
