PURPOSE: To prevent tax evasion by an inexpensive device by inputting a ball loan signal of an intervening ball loan machine and ball-in and ball-out signals of a game machine to a data totalizing device sealed incapably of being altered through a substrate sealed incapably of being altered. ;CONSTITUTION: An infinite counter 10 and a controller A are incorporated in a game machine 1 to which an intervening ball loan machine 2 is attached. The infinite counter 10 and the controller A are connected to each other and sealed together to be formed as a security part 20A. The controller A, to which a loaned ball signals as the sales of balls is input from the intervening ball loan machine 2 and ball-in and ball-out signals are input from the game machine 1 are input, is connected to a data totalized device 20 through a substrate sealed incapably of being altered.
