FOLLOW UP DEVICE FOR FOLLOW UP TYPE TRAVELING WORK WAGON

摘要

PURPOSE: To surely detect a following subject of a follow up type traveling work wagon and furthermore to carry on the follow up travel despite the change of the state of the traveling path. ;CONSTITUTION: A follow up type traveling work wagon contains the ultrasonic sensors 8 and 9 which detect a following subject and a travel driving means 14 which drives and stops the traveling work wagon based on the detection information given from both sensors 8 and 9. Then a storage means 17 is added to store the detection information given from both sensors 8 and 9 together with a comparing means which compares the detection information stored in the means 17 with the latest detection information given from both sensors 8 and 9, a deciding means which decides whether the sensors 8 and 9 detect the following subject or not based on the comparing result of the comparing means, and a stored information updating means which updates the detection information stored in the means 17.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
