PURPOSE: To provide a cosintering ceramic tape circuit structure containing a ferromagnetic element. CONSTITUTION: This tape structure is provided with sheets 12, 14, 16 laminating a plurality of low-temperature cosintering ceramic tapes, and ferromagnetic elements 18, 20 pinched between sheets of the tape. This ferromagnetic element is formed of a substantially chemical non-reactive material and has substantially the same thermal contraction characteristic as that of the tape and is sintered using the same sintering profile. The material of the ferromagnetic element contains a ferromagnetic oxide, and a glass frit having a melting point of about 500 to 650 deg.C of at least one material selected from among a group composed of SiO2 , PbO, Bi2 O3 , Na2 O, Li2 O and K2 O. The ferromagnetic elements 18, 20 increase the inductance of an inductor 22 on the sheet 14.
