DEVELOPED BAMBOO FLAT PLATE PROCESSED PRODUCT AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: To effectively prevent the return in a drying process being the characteristics of a developed bamboo flat plate produced by forcible development and the warpage of the bamboo flat plate due to the advance of the splitting on the endodermis side thereof after the cutting finish of the dried developed bamboo flat plate. ;CONSTITUTION: A developed bamboo flat plate 4 has a bend 6 returned to a circular arc state before development in a drying process but, by preliminarily eliminating only the skin layer 7 of the developed bamboo flat plate 4 before drying, the bend 6 returned to the circular arc state before development can be suppressed and a drying finish time can be shortened. Since the warpage 8 toward the skin layer of the developed bamboo flat plate 4 due to the spreading of cracks of the fine split stripes 5 on the endodermis side of the plate is generated in the finish stage of cutting processing after drying finish, at the time of use of the developed bamboo flat plate, the plate is bonded and fixed in such a state that the skin layer 7 thereof is turned outside by coating the endodermis layer thereof with an adhesive.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
