PURPOSE: To select so that an operation of one flight control channel is sufficient to fly an aircraft by receiving a flight control wing face command and incorporating a means for connecting the command to a plurality of servo loops. CONSTITUTION: Before a flight control wing face command is executed, each ACE executes validity inspection for the command to confirm that a main flight computer relative to a flight control channel of the ACE correctly operates. If the inspection indicates that the main computer does not correctly operate, the ACE selects one set of flight control wing face command generated from another main flight computer, and uses it for controlling the set of the flight control wing face of the ACE. Accordingly, a left ACE 62 can control movement of the set 66 of the control wing face even when the computer 64 or a left data bus is faulted.
